Working Principle
The PEW Jaw Crusher uses mechanical force to break down large rocks into smaller aggregate pieces through a precise crushing process.
- Material is fed into the crushing chamber through the large feed opening.
- The eccentric shaft drives the pitman, causing the movable jaw to oscillate toward and away from the fixed jaw.
- Material is crushed between the jaw plates, with the hydraulic system maintaining constant CSS regardless of liner wear.
- If an overload occurs, pressure sensors detect the spike and the hydraulic system releases the toggle tension immediately.
- After passing the obstruction, the system automatically resets to the programmed CSS and resumes normal operation.
