Working Principle
PF Impact Crusher uses kinetic energy to shatter rock through a high-speed impact process.
- Rock enters the crushing chamber through the feed opening.
- The material is immediately struck by chrome blow bars mounted on a fast-spinning rotor.
- The rock is thrown against heavy steel impact plates (curtains) and shatters.
- The fragments bounce back to the rotor to be hit again until they reach the required size.
- Final product discharges through the bottom outlet, creating stress-free, cubical-shaped stone.
The clearance between the impact rack and rotor can be adjusted to control the size and shape of the end product.
