How the Plant Operates
Material moves through the plant in a continuous, automated cycle:
Raw Material Intake
Dump trucks deliver blasted rock to the hopper; a vibrating feeder regulates the flow into the primary crusher.
Primary & Secondary Crushing
A jaw crusher breaks large boulders, then a cone or impact crusher refines them to the required intermediate size.
Screening & Sorting
Vibrating screens split the material into multiple size fractions; oversize returns to the crusher in a closed circuit.
Washing & Stockpiling
A sand washer removes silt where needed; belt conveyors stack finished aggregates into graded product piles.
Loading & Dispatch
Finished aggregate is loaded onto trucks from the stockpiles, ready for delivery to your customers.
