How Does a Stone Crushing Plant Work?
Feeding
A vibrating feeder draws raw stone from a hopper and feeds it evenly into the primary crusher, removing fines and controlling surge.
Primary Crushing
The jaw crusher reduces boulders to a manageable size. Its large feed opening and high compressive force handle hard, abrasive rock.
Secondary / Tertiary Crushing
Conveyors carry intermediate material to cone or impact crushers for further size reduction and shaping to the required gradation.
Screening & Recirculation
Multi-deck vibrating screens classify aggregate. Oversize returns to the crusher for re-crushing; on-spec product moves forward.
Conveying & Stockpiling
Finished fractions are carried by belt conveyors to separate stockpiles, ready for loading and dispatch.
