single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher Introduction :
The GCH/S series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts material layer selection crushing. The crushing chamber is filled with material and which undergoes all-round compression, shearing, and kneading in the crushing chamber to achieve the purpose of crushing and self crushing, avoiding direct contact with the walls of the crushing chamber, effectively preventing lining plate wear and material contamination by metal pollutants, thereby reducing the wear degree of vulnerable and consumable parts of the machine and effectively extending the service life of wear-resistant parts. The crushing ratio is twice that of other similar equipment.
Features:
Higher performance and lower operating costs: The GCH/S series single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is known for its heavy-duty design and high performance. The CLP constant crushing chamber type and high-power motor are equipped, making these crushers have production capacity comparable to other larger crushers in the vast majority of cases.
The hydraulic adjustment system provides safety protection and adjustment functions for the discharge port setting. A heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder is used to support the spindle and adjust its position. The hydraulic adjustment system provides automatic overload protection, allowing iron blocks or other unbreakable materials to pass safely and allowing the spindle to automatically return to its original position.
Suitable for various user needs: Our cone crusher has a wide range of applications. Each model has multiple standard crushing chamber types to choose from. By selecting different crushing chamber types and eccentricities, cone crushers can conveniently meet different production needs.
Easy to operate and maintain: We have been putting a considerable amount of effort into making the cone crusher easier to operate and maintain. All maintenance and inspections can be completed from the upper part of the crusher, which makes the operation of the crusher easier and the maintenance cost lower. The tight sealing of the internal structure of the crusher effectively protects the equipment from dust and other small particles, thereby reducing maintenance workload and further improving the service life of the crusher.
