Working Principles

Cone crushers are popular hard stone crushing machines in aggregates production, mining operations, and recycling applications. It makes use of the best coordination of crushing frequency and eccentricity, which enables the crushed materials much more fine.It is widely used in sand quarry, concrete sand making, dry powder mortar, construction waste, machine-made sand, power plant desulfurization and other industries. It is used to crush various ores and rocks with medium and above hardness (below 350 MPa), such as calcite, limestone, granite, river pebble, dolomite, bluestone, glass, cement clinker, iron ore, etc.

Working principle of single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher

Single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher work, first driven by the motor to rotate the horizontal shaft, next, the horizontal shaft through the gear to drive eccentric sleeve rotation, and then driven by the eccentric sleeve moving cone do circular swing. When the crusher falls into the metal block and other unbreakable objects, the moving cone of the single cylinder is lifted by the hydraulic piston at the bottom, which plays the role of the discharge port adjustment and over-iron protection, and the repeated lifting and falling removal of ore blocking.
