The crushing crushing plant, also known as the stone crushing screening plant, is an efficient rock crushing equipment, we have both stationar stone crushing plant and portable stone crushing plant, the mobile stone crushing plantsolves the limitation of the displacement space of the crushing operation and also solves the disadvantages of poor mobility of the crusher. A complete stone crushing plant should consist of the following items at least:

1. Vibrating feeder: to feed the jaw crusher evenly and smoothly.

2. Primary jaw crusher, crush large stones to smaller one.

3. Impact crusher or cone crusher or secondary jaw crusher, to crush stones from primary crusher to smaller gravels or sand.

4. Circular Vibrating screen to classify the gravels to different groups.

5. Belt conveyors, for materials conveying and connect the equipment together.

6. Control panel, to control the equipment motors.

Sand washing machine, sand making machine and other machines can be added to this line to meet the various customers' requirements.

Working Principles

The Stone crushing plant /Rock crushing plant includes a vibrating feeder, stone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator, etc. When gravel stone is fed to the vibrating feeder by the loader, they are crushed by a heavy hammer crusher. The crusher materials will go to the vibrating screen by a foldable belt conveyor. After the screen, the unqualified stone will go to crush again, the other qualified aggregates will be piled for further processing, such as removing iron, separating wood chips, cleaning, etc.

Processing:

1. The truck unloads the stones into the hopper, the stone enters the vibrating feeder from the lower part of the hopper;

2. The vibrating feeder feeds the stones evenly to the primary jaw crusher;

3. The crushed output materials from the primary jaw crusher will be transported to the secondary cone crusher by a belt conveyor;

4. The crushed output materials from the secondary cone crusher will be transported to the two-layer vibrating screen;

5. After screening by the two-layer vibrating screen, will get 0-5mm, 5-35mm, +35mm materials, 0-5mm materials will be transported out by a belt conveyor to stockpile, 5-35mm materials will be transported to VSI Crusher, +35 materials will be transported back to cone crusher for re-crushing.

6. 5-35mm materials will be crushed and shaped by VSI crusher, the output materials will be transported to the second vibrating screen;

7. After the screening, will get 0-5mm, 5-15mm, 15-31.5mm materials, the +31.5mm materials will be transported back to VSI crusher.
