Lignite coal rotary dryer is mainly used for drying brown pulverized and other machinery and equipment. In the primary drying zone, most of the water is removed at 400℃ under high humidity to ensure that the chemical composition of lignite does not change and is not easy to burn. The room temperature of the secondary drying zone is 300℃, and the water removal is high-yield through the medium-temperature strong induction air to ensure that the lignite does not coking;The indoor temperature of the three-stage drying area is 120℃-210℃. The crushing device in the drum is used to repeatedly impact and disperse the materials and dry them in the flow.The four-level drying area is a high-exhaust area, with a room temperature of 60℃-80℃, and the water is removed by the low-temperature hot gas flow of negative pressure in the induced air system.

When the lignite coal rotary dryer is working, the wet material is sent to the hopper by the bucket elevator or belt conveyor, and then enters the feed end through the feed pipe by the feed machine of the hopper. The slope of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material can flow smoothly into the dryer. The material is added from the higher end, the heat carrier enters from the lower end, and the material is in counter current contact, and the heat carrier and the material flow into the cylinder together. As the cylinder rotates the material is moved by gravity to the bottom end. In the process of moving the wet material forward in the cylinder body, the heat transfer of the heat carrier is directly or indirectly obtained, so that the wet material can be dried, and then sent out by the belt machine or screw conveyor at the discharge end. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a copy plate, which is used to copy the material and scatter it, so that the contact surface between the material and the air flow is increased, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the progress of the material.
